Gourmet Spice Kits began to explore this flavour after a request from a member of their community.
They tried many supermarket versions and were sadly disappointed in the flavour combinations or should they say the lack of flavour. They could only taste the spice or the tang, and the supermarket brands didn't really have any flavour. So here is their take on the very popular favourite Buffalo Wings, although this kit is far more versatile and not just for wings.
