Information about our 8 Week Winter Challenge is finally here we will be advertising recipe teasers in the coming weeks on our Fb and Instagram accounts

These challenges are great for new members to keto, but also members that need a reboot or have fallen off the keto wagon after Easter.

Challenge start date: 13th June 2022

ACCESS TO FB CHALLENGE PAGE & WEBSITE: links will be sent via email the weekend of the 4th June, access available from 6th June 2022 

We advise that you read all current information on website to be up to date and ready to hit the ground running prior to the 13th June when Challenge commences.

Week 1 shopping list from supermarkets, meal plans and recipes will be available on the 6th of June, and released every Wednesday at 8am qld time, after that to allow you time to shop for your ingredients at the supermarket.

Brag days: every Monday throughout the challenge on fb Challenge page.

You will receive your welcome letter within 3-4 business days from date of purchase.  In this will be a link to your ktaw store products and  You will receive a discount code for the entire 8 weeks of the challenge.

ORDERS FOR YOUR KTAW PRODUCTS: need to be in to us NO LATER than the 23rd May to allow time for transit and for you to receive in time for the challenge start date. (If ordered after 23rd may and you live outside of Brisbane, please choose express post.) Dispatch date is the 30th May

This challenge we will be offering 2 ktaw shopping lists, 1 will have all ingredients from ktaw store, that you need.

2nd list you can pick and choose what you want to order from the list, in case you can find substitutes elsewhere.

(But please note you are not obligated to purchase all ingredients from our store, there will be alternatives to some products needed that will be able to be purchased from supermarkets. Some members may live rural or their supermarkets may not stock some items depending on their location)


If you received the incorrect/damaged order, please contact us via the contact page and detail the condition of the order you received.


Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we will not offer a refund or credit on a purchase for change of mind.


You must contact us via email within 24 hours to cancel an order. Orders canceled after this time will incur an admin fee.

Shipping & Returns


When will my order be sent?

We expect all orders to be sent within 48 hours of your order being placed.   All  (unless it is a public holiday)   If there are any delays we will email you immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Standard delivery in Australia: 2-9 business days

For WA, NT or remote orders please allow up to 3 weeks and in some cases longer.  

Standard delivery to International: 10 -21 business days



On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order. 

Where's my confirmation email? 

If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from sales@ktaw.com.au 

Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order. 

Incorrect Address

Please note - if you provide the incorrect address on your order, we will do everything in our endeavour to have the parcel redirected to the correct address.  Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or replacement for incorrect addresses provided



Cancellation of orders must be notified to KETO THE AUSSIE WAY immediately. To cancel an order please email us at sales@ktaw.com.au. Once goods are dispatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected. 


KETO THE AUSSIE WAY will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the Site are available. However, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, KETO THE AUSSIE WAY will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase. 


Customer satisfaction and service is of great importance to us here at KETO THE AUSSIE WAY. If you are dissatisfied in any way with any of our products or services please feel free to email us at sales@ktaw.com.au If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ktaw.com.au and send your item to: 32 Rush Dr, Augustine Heights, QLD 4330


To return your product, you should mail your product to:  32 Rush Dr, Augustine Heights, QLD 4330

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
