Pimp My Salad: Super Seed Sprinkles is a mixture of six highly nutritious organic seeds combined with organic spices and condiments. The result is a delicious nourishing salad topper or snack with a slightly tangy cheesy flavour and a hint of rosemary. That great tasty cheese flavour is derived from nutritional yeast so Super Seed Sprinkles are of course vegan friendly. The seeds are pre-soaked to activate the enzymes within them which assist with digestion. Next they are dehydrated (air dried) at 46°C for 16 - 24 hours. Using low temperature dry heat the seeds remain “raw” and maintain the same nutritional value and goodness unique to uncooked (alive) food.

When it comes to nutritionally dense superfoods, these six seeds (Pumpkin, Flax, Chia, Sesame, Poppy and Sunflower) are definitely star performers. All contain Omega-3 Fatty Acids, which are associated with everything from a healthy brain and heart to supple skin. They all have varying amounts of plant based protein and are a good source of this important nutrient for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet. The impressive nutrition profile of these seeds gets even better when you consider the significant amounts of fiber and minerals within them. Each also boasts its own distinctive dietary offerings, along with unique flavors that transform everyday eats into food that feels special and healthy.

Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we will not offer a refund or credit on a purchase for change of mind.


You must contact us via email within 24 hours to cancel an order. Orders canceled after this time will incur an admin fee.

Shipping & Returns


When will my order be sent?

We expect all orders to be sent within 48 hours of your order being placed.   All  (unless it is a public holiday)   If there are any delays we will email you immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Standard delivery in Australia: 2-9 business days

For WA, NT or remote orders please allow up to 3 weeks and in some cases longer.  

Standard delivery to International: 10 -21 business days



On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order. 

Where's my confirmation email? 

If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from sales@ktaw.com.au 

Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order. 

Incorrect Address

Please note - if you provide the incorrect address on your order, we will do everything in our endeavour to have the parcel redirected to the correct address.  Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or replacement for incorrect addresses provided



Cancellation of orders must be notified to KETO THE AUSSIE WAY immediately. To cancel an order please email us at sales@ktaw.com.au. Once goods are dispatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected. 


KETO THE AUSSIE WAY will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the Site are available. However, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, KETO THE AUSSIE WAY will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with any of our products or services please feel free to email us at sales@ktaw.com.au If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
