Original Sauce captures intense and deeply satisfying flavours that complement any dish – savoury or sweet, and works just as well served hot or cold. Mild in heat, it’s neither hot sauce nor chilli oil. It’s the signature new flavour creation from Zestify.

Fire Sauce features a really good lashing of the world’s hottest chilli pepper Carolina Reaper, so it’s hot in heat and comes with a kick! However, Fire sauce isn’t impossibly hot and won’t ruin your meal or take your face off. It’s a practical everyday hot sauce that adds heat as well as flavour to all the foods you love.

Chilli Vanilli is the new twist on condiments made with Grade A vanilla beans, pure Australian olive oil and a host of delicious, natural spices including nutmeg and cinnamon. Mild in heat, it's the perfect topping for desserts, fruits, curries, fried foods, ice cream, yoghurt, cocktails and more – for a gorgeous, uplifting flavour. Delightfully sweet and exotic - but still absolutely no sugar or carbs.

How do you use it?

With no salt or sugar all Zestify sauces go perfectly with both savoury and sweet foods alike, adding a new dimension of flavour while keeping the tastes you love.

Add Original Sauce freely to your meal, it’s as easy as that. Drizzle it over your favourite foods: stir frys, stews, pizza, pasta, roasts, sandwiches, cheeses, salads and more. Or use it as an ingredient in the kitchen to marinate fish and meat, make incredible scrambled eggs, or add slow cooked intensity to roasts and veggies. Fantastic as a dipping sauce for dumplings too!

Add Fire Sauce to enjoy a burst of delicious new flavour, as well as a slow build of fiery heat that grows a little with every bite. Unlike vinegar-based sauces, Fire sauce doesn’t hit you all at once and instead you’ll love the gradual burn and rising warmth.

What does it taste like?

Original Flavour is spicy and smokey with subtly sweet aromatic notes. Elements of roasted nuts, woody seasoning, rich caramels, sweet dry fruits and umami. Smooth on the tongue and light in the mouth with just a hint of heat, the flavours evolve over time.

Fire Sauce is also spicy and smokey with a sweet, pleasing taste, and a pungency that builds slowly to a strong peak. Aromatic notes of roasted nuts, woody seasoning, cranberries, rich caramels, bell peppers, sweet dry fruits and earthy umami. Silky on the palette with a burn that grows on your tongue and lips but won't kill your tastebuds.

Chilli Vanilli has a mouth-watering, home-style scent of vanilla and spice, like a cookie in a bottle. Pour on a little to add that just-baked aroma, with bright, sweet vanilla notes and a rich smokey intensity that's both floral and deeply woody. With hints of caramelised fruits, earthy forest nuts and citrus peaks, it’s a flavour balance you’ll simply want more of.

Chilli Vanilli contains: Australian olive oil, capsicum annum (chipotle chilli, sweet paprika), organic coconut, Grade A vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, fennel, pimento, aniseed, cloves, pepper, saffron.
